Santhosh Kumar R Examine the Influence of Fringe Benefits on Job Satisfaction This research investigates the influence of fringe benefits on the levels of job satisfaction and engagement. The multinational explosives corporation encounters difficulties in establishing suitable remuneration for job worth as a result of divergent compensation packages in different nations. Data was collected using a survey research design and a questionnaire. The research revealed a notable association between job satisfaction and engagement whereby individuals reporting higher levels of satisfaction also exhibited greater levels of engagement. Nevertheless the relationship between job satisfaction and remuneration exhibited a statistically significant but weak correlation. Similarly the association between engagement and fringe benefits also demonstrated a statistically significant but weak correlation.
Durairaj R Development of Pneumatic Sheet metal Shearing Process for Precise Cutting Scissors are employed for the purpose of performing uncomplicated sheet metal cutting. The manual process of working with sheet metals can result in occasional wastage due to errors such as incorrect dimensions. Additionally even a basic cutting task can be time-consuming. Sheet metal cutting can also be accomplished using hydraulic machines. However this particular technique is exclusively employed for the purpose of heavy metal cutting and is associated with a substantial financial investment. A pneumatic system is being employed to facilitate the process of sheet metal cutting in a simplified manner. The device is operated through the utilization of a pneumatic hand lever that is connected to a two-way control valve. The control valve is actuated by a compressor.
Kiran M Parametric Investigation of Abrasive Jet Machining Abrasive Jet Machining (AJM) is a non-traditional machining process that removes materials through the erosive action of a high-velocity gas jet causing finegrained abrasive particles to impact the work surface. This technique is ideal for cutting intricate shapes in hard and brittle materials which are sensitive to heat and easily chip. AJM is applied to rough working debarring and finishing and has become a useful technique for micromachining in various industries including ceramics semiconductors electronic devices and L.C.D. The top surface diameter and bottom surface diameter of the hole increase as the nozzle tip distance (NTD) increases as is typical of the abrasive jet machining process. The material removal rate (MRR) increases along with the pressure.
Mohammed Mohiuddin Lightweight Design of Automotive Composite Wheel Rim for a Two- Wheeler Application A vehicle\'s rim is one of the most critical components to its overall function. It is the component that provides support for the solid rubber compound that is known as the tyre. Rims can vary in terms of their shape size and the number of spokes that they include. Historically aluminium alloy and magnesium alloy have been utilised throughout the manufacturing process of rims. The following study discusses the transition from more conventional metals like aluminium into a more contemporary S-glass fiber epoxy composite material.
Thiyagarajan Implementing Pulse Width Modulation to Achieve Low-cost Automatic and Energy-Efficient Emergency Lighting Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) is a modulation technique that involves encoding information by varying the width or duration of pulses within a signal. It is used to regulate the power output to devices such as motors LEDs and audio speakers. PWM signals can be produced through microcontrollers Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) or specialized PWM generator Integrated Circuits (ICs). It offers numerous benefits such as streamlined power management uncomplicated execution and harmonious integration with digital platforms. The utilization of pulse width modulation (PWM) resulted in a reduction of approximately 14.28% in power consumption when compared to a circuit that did not employ PWM.
Gireesh Kumar Development of Firefighting Robot to Use in Hazardous Situation This innovative project lets users wirelessly control a firefighting robot with a water tank and spray gun. The robotic vehicle and water pump are controlled by an RF remote and RF receive-based microcontroller circuit. The receiver circuit receives commands from the RF remote. Receiver circuit decodes data commands. It sends it to the microcontroller. The microprocessor then instructs the vehicle motors to move in the specified direction. The water pump motor and pump direction motor spray water on user demand. The operator can operate the robot and extinguish the fire from a safe distance. The remote controls the robot within 8 metres.
Kantamreddy Ravindra Evaluation of Quality of Computer Stored Digital Images The assessment of the quality of digital images stored in computer systems is currently subjective due to the presence of multiple file formats that can be employed for image storage. To ensure the highest level of decision-making effectiveness it is crucial to make the appropriate choice from the outset. The aim of this study is to examine the methodologies utilised in comparable industries for assessing the quality of an image stored in various file formats and to investigate their successful application. One of the software components involved in this project involves the creation of a graphics library that enables the seamless conversion between different widely used graphics formats.
Musthak Ali Analog-to-Digital Converter-Based Industrial Fault Indicator System That Detects Overvoltage and Temperature In order to quantify the electrical properties of voltage current and resistance it is necessary to construct analog circuits. The aforementioned analog circuits are capable of measuring three distinct parameters and subsequently generating corresponding outputs. The analog circuit outputs are intended to be linked to an ADC which in turn is connected to a microcontroller for the purpose of acquiring the desired parameter. The program defines a predetermined set point for the temperature of the DC motor. When the temperature reading falls below this set point or exceeds it the motor is activated. Likewise the voltage can be determined by observing the green and red LED. Subsequently the aforementioned readings have the capability to be exhibited on the liquid crystal display (LCD) screen.
